This functionality implements King of the Hill missions.

• Be aware JSON syntax is quite tricky, always do a backup before editing.
• Edit and modify the CONFIGURATION FILES. The JSON file is self explanatory.
• Loot.json defines the loot sets.
• <MapName>.json defines the global KOTH settings.
• A server restart is required for the changes to take effect.
